Podere il Gioiello offers you a friendly and cosy atmosphere; our staff will always be at your disposal for any requests you may have.

The two siblings and owners, Sabina and Samuele Stella, are always in the complex and will be pleased to welcome you.
Our dedicated, skilled staff are constantly at work to ensure good maintenance and care of all the facilities as well as of the beautiful garden surrounding Podere il Gioiello.

The rooms and the apartments are perfectly in order thanks to our cleaners who take care of keeping all the premises safe and clean.
All of this while respecting our guests’ privacy.

Giuseppe Stella

Giuseppe is the father of Samuele and Sabina Stella – the two owners. He supervises all the activities at Podere il Gioiello Holiday House. His cooking skills make the other members of staff very happy as he shares his delicious dishes with them. We couldn’t do without him!

Sabina Stella

Sabina, together with her brother Samuele Stella, takes care of the actual running of Podere il Gioiello Holiday House. Sabina manages the bookings and all back office activities, in addition to being at the reception desk pretty much all the time to welcome new guests and help them with their first visit to San Gimignano.

Samuele Stella

Samuele is Sabina Stella’s younger brother; he takes care of the maintenance of the apartments, the garden, the swimming pool and the five-a-side football pitch. You’ll never see him at rest, as busy as he always is with his activities around Podere il Gioiello Holiday House. He was born and raised in San Gimignano and he’s remained faithful to his land.

Franco

Franco is one of the pillars of Podere il Gioiello Holiday House: he’s responsible for the garden maintenance and takes care of all the plants. In particular, he looks after all the olive trees that surround Podere il Gioiello, from their pruning to the picking of olives, used to produce a delicious extra virgin olive oil.

Elena

Elena is the youngest member of staff at Podere il Gioiello Holiday House: she welcomes our guests and takes care of their requests – you can always find her at the reception. She speaks different languages and knows San Gimignano very well, therefore she’ll be happy to point out for you the most interesting things to see/do.

Manuela

Manuela is one of the pillars of Podere il Gioiello Holiday House: she’s responsible for the cleaning of all the apartments. She’s tireless and always busy… rest assured that everything she touches will be spotlessly clean and freshly scented.
